Ethiopia Seeks Specialist Contract-Management Expertise for Education Programme

Ethiopia’s Ministry of Education issued a consultancy notice on 22 October seeking an individual specialist to support contract administration, implementation monitoring and compliance for its Education Transformation Operation for Learning programme. The application deadline is 11 November 2026, but the consultancy fee was not disclosed.
