Uzbekistan and DataVolt Discuss Expansion of Data-Centre Infrastructure

On 19 October, Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Digital Technologies met DataVolt to discuss the data centre under construction at IT Park Uzbekistan, its commissioning timeline and opportunities for cloud services and high-performance computing infrastructure. The facility is expected to strengthen domestic computing capacity and support exports of digital services, but no standalone investment value was disclosed in the reviewed announcement; technology suppliers can explore infrastructure and cloud-service opportunities, while HPC can support technology planning, data operations and performance analytics.
