Ashtead Technology Agrees to Be Bought by Infrastructure Investor

On 21 October Ashtead Technology agreed to a recommended cash takeover by a company controlled by funds managed by Ember Infrastructure. The buyer plans to acquire the whole company. The deal shows continued interest from investors in specialist infrastructure businesses. HPC can source similar companies for private equity firms and strategic buyers.
